Mehmet Altıoklar is a professional coach who graduated from Adler International Learning Coaching School and Practicum program. He holds the ACPC (Adler Certified Professional Coach) title and the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential awarded by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). He is an active ICF member with over 1,000 hours of coaching sessions.

Altıoklar’s clients include leaders at all levels within organizations, as well as individuals seeking purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives. His coaching motto reflects his unique coaching model: “Be the hero of your own story/life.”

Altıoklar enriches and strengthens his coaching and training career with extensive prior experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional sports. Over his 35-year career, he has achieved numerous successes in leadership roles across different positions and organizational structures.

During his tenure as CEO, Cineplex Odeon and AFM Cinemas became pioneers in the Turkish cinema industry, and AFM Cinemas went public on the Istanbul Stock Exchange. In 2005, he founded his own production company, producing 5 feature films and over 900 episodes of TV series. He also served as Vice President in organizations such as FİYAB (Film Producers Association) and TFA (Turkish Film Academy).

He began his career as an engineer at Plastaş, where he implemented MRP systems, and later served briefly as General Manager. Before his business career, Altıoklar developed his teamwork and leadership skills through professional sports. He was trained in the Galatasaray Sports Club basketball youth system and served as vice-captain of the Galatasaray senior basketball team, which won consecutive championships in 1985 and 1986 and secured its first Presidential Cup. He represented the national team 10 times in youth categories.

Altıoklar integrates the ancient teachings and traditions of Native North American culture, known as the Delicate Lodge, along with C.G. Jung’s archetypes and shadow concepts into his leadership programs. He has been studying and applying these teachings since 2016.

Mehmet Altıoklar is a graduate of Galatasaray High School, Istanbul Technical University (Computer Engineering), and Koç University Executive MBA program. He speaks advanced English and French, and basic Spanish. In his free time, he pursues values such as exploration, creativity, writing, presence, and freedom through travel, cinema, reading/writing, sports, and walking.

He has published two books: “Another Rain”  (novel) and “Storytelling on the Path to Success”  (personal development/management).
