Marcia Smythe is, an experienced business mentor and has studied for the Post Graduate Certificate in NeuroLeadership, accredited by Middlesex University in the UK also by ICF. She is also a Master Trainer in coaching skills, communication, coping with change and personal motivation and excellence. In addition to her coaching, mentoring and training, Marcia has presented a BBC television series on confidence, behavioral change and achievement through coaching.
She interacts with audiences, and delivers the latest research in neuroscience in an interactive, dynamic, original and enthusiastic way.
Prior to becoming a coach and mentor, Marcia has over 30 years board level experience, working with organizations such as Hertz Corporation, PWC and Times Newspapers. Marcia works in both public and private sectors, in Europe and globally.
She is married and has one son and a daughter and lives in London
