The program started on November 2016 with a visionary meeting in which the importance and contribution of the subject was shared and operation senior management and executives were participated the program.<\/p>\n<p>As ERA, our institution conducted trainings on issues related to behavior development of the competencies identified in this academy. The trainings and in-house trainings that we applied many educational methods including fun theory were completed and the academy gave its first graduates in November 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The second academy trainings started in 2018 will give its graduates in 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A first in the banking sector.
