An employee council is a dynamic, living system which is convened for a limited time in order to produce results in particular areas.<\/p>\n

They have a constitution and a working standard.<\/p>\n

They produce results which cannot be accomplished by individuals.<\/p>\n

They are comprised of selected employees from different levels and they have clear roles and common responsibility towards results.<\/p>\n

Employee Council Meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting one month after training \/ workshop, the employee council convenes to assess progress in the specified areas and planned actions, and provide support when necessary.<\/p>\n

With this assembly, an environment is created and supported with a systematic and professional approach such that:<\/p>\n
