Ayşe has extensive experience in the corporate training area. During her 22-year tenure at Yapı Kredi Bank, she directly took part in efforts for the implementation of three big changes the organization went through, including a merger with UniCredit owned Koçbank.
In her career which started as a Individual Banking Customer Representative, she continued on to deliver training on Individual Banking, to lead the efforts to receive the first ISO 9001 certification in the finance sector in Turkey, and to serve as Service Quality Assurance Manager. Her later managerial roles in performance development led to her serving as Training and Development Group Head after the merger.
She has experience in the areas of new training methodologies, organizational change, team building, and people development.
Recently Ayşe carried over her experience and skills to training, consulting and coaching. She is currently designing and delivering training programs in areas such as communication, customer relationship, customer experience, team development, corporate social responsibility and sustainability at ERA Training & Consultancy.
In order to further expand her people and team development skills, she has completed the Adler International Learning Professional Certified Coaching Program, the CRR Global Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Program, and Flow Coaching International (ACTP) Unleash Your Creative Potential Towards Positive Shift program. She is also a certified NLP practitioner.
She is currently an ICF (International Coach Federation) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is currently helping executives and teams explore and fulfill their potential.
She has graduated from İstanbul University, Department of Economics.
She is married, and has two children (twins).
